Provide you with training resources as an OBS or OCS employee.

International Olympic Committee. Public Administrations, Authorities and Entities, including Courts and Tribunals, in compliance with the applicable legislation at any given moment. Service providers.

Data processing for training purposes is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party.

RIGHTS

You may exercise your rights of access to, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing and portability of your personal data at any given moment, and to the extent established by the applicable legislation. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any given moment.

1. Personal Data Controller and Data Protection Officer

2. Personal data processing purposes

Your personal data will be processed with the purpose of providing you with training resources as an OBS or OCS employee.

3. Personal data processing legal basis

Data processing for training purposes is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party.

4. Personal data storage limitation (retention period)

For the purposes above mentioned, your data will be blocked during the period were such data may be necessary for the exercise or the defence against administrative or legal claims and may only be unblocked and processed again exclusively for this purpose. Once this period is over, your personal data will be definitely erased.

5. Personal data recipients

Your personal data may be disclosed to Public Administrations, Authorities and Entities, including Courts and Tribunals, in compliance with the applicable legislation at any given moment.

Service providers contracted by OBS and those that may be contracted in the future may have access to your personal data when acting as data processors.

Data may be occasionally disclosed to the International Olympic Committee, situated in Switzerland, for administrative purposes. This disclosure constitutes an international data transfer. Switzerland is a country with level of protection equivalent to the EEA according to the Commission Decision of 26 July 2000 pursuant to Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the adequate protection of personal data provided in Switzerland.

Data may be occasionally disclosed to third parties situated outside of the Economic European Area, in order to successfully perform the abovementioned purpose. These disclosures constitute an international data transfer and will be carry out by signing the standard data protection clauses adopted by the Commission in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 93(2) of General Data Protection Regulation.

6. Security measures

OBS has implemented the appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the alteration, loss, misuse, unauthorized processing and access, or theft of your personal data, taking into consideration the available technology.

7. Data subject rights

You may exercise your rights of access to, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing and portability of your personal data at any given moment, and to the extent established by the applicable legislation. 

You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any given moment.

You may exercise your rights through a written submission (subject GDPR, Rights) to the e-mail derechos@obs.tv. In order to do so, you must prove your identity by submitting a copy of your national identification or corresponding documentation.

In any case, we inform you of your right to lodge a complaint before Spain’s supervisory authority: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
